Free 90-day pilot — Colorado oncology practices
Your patients need more support than your team has time to give.
Beacon Cancer Navigation handles the non-clinical side of cancer care — so your staff can focus on clinical work, and your patients feel genuinely supported between appointments.
The challenge
Non-clinical calls are consuming your staff's time.
After a cancer diagnosis, patients and families are overwhelmed. They call your office with questions about insurance, financial assistance, appointment logistics, and emotional support — needs that are real and urgent, but outside your clinical scope.
40%
of oncology front-desk calls are non-clinical in nature

What we do
We handle everything outside the exam room.
Beacon Cancer Navigation provides dedicated non-clinical support to your patients — working alongside your clinical team without duplicating or interfering with medical care.
Insurance & benefits navigation
We help patients understand their coverage, appeal denials, and find financial assistance programs.
Appointment coordination
We organize specialist appointments, imaging, and follow-ups so patients don't fall through the cracks.
Emotional & logistical support
We provide consistent check-ins and help families manage the day-to-day chaos of a cancer diagnosis.
Care documentation
We help patients build and maintain their Care Command Center — organized records, questions, and next steps.
Community resource connection
We connect patients to local and national resources: transportation, meal programs, support groups, and more.
Care team communication
We help patients prepare for appointments and communicate effectively with their clinical team.
The outcome
What your practice gains from a navigation partnership.
Reduced front-desk burden
Fewer non-clinical calls means your staff can focus on scheduling, clinical coordination, and patient care.
Better patient experience
Patients who feel supported between appointments are more engaged, more compliant, and more likely to refer others.
Stronger care continuity
A navigator who knows each patient's full situation helps prevent gaps between appointments and specialists.
No administrative overhead
Beacon operates independently — no onboarding burden, no billing integration, no staff training required.
Limited availability

About Beacon
Founded by a navigator who has been in the room.
Beacon Cancer Navigation was founded by Katherine, a certified oncology patient navigator with direct experience supporting patients and families through every stage of a cancer diagnosis — from the first appointment to survivorship.
Katherine built Beacon because she saw firsthand how much patients struggled with the non-clinical side of cancer care, and how much of that burden fell on already-stretched clinical teams.
Beacon is based in Denver, CO and currently serves patients and practices throughout Colorado.
