EMPLOYER-SPONSORED CANCER NAVIGATION
Beacon Cancer Navigation provides confidential, employer-sponsored cancer navigation for employees and caregivers. We help organize the non-clinical logistics that can otherwise consume the workday, increase employee stress, and complicate an already overwhelming experience.
This specialized benefit complements existing health plans, Employee Assistance Programs, leave resources, disability benefits, and clinical care-management services.
Health insurance addresses covered medical care. Employee Assistance Programs may provide emotional support and referrals. However, employees and family caregivers are often still responsible for coordinating appointments, organizing records, tracking bills, researching assistance programs, managing transportation, and communicating with multiple organizations.
These responsibilities frequently occur during normal business hours and can contribute to distraction, missed work, caregiver strain, and difficulty remaining engaged at work.
Beacon Cancer Navigation helps address this gap by providing hands-on, non-clinical logistical support.
Employees and caregivers managing complex care-related administrative responsibilities alongside full-time work — often during standard business hours.
Reduced focus and concentration at work while organizing appointments, records, insurance paperwork, and care-related follow-up tasks.
Valued employees navigating a cancer diagnosis — for themselves or a family member — with little or no dedicated organizational support.
Employer purchases a defined number of navigation hours that eligible employees and caregivers may use confidentially when cancer affects their household.
Beacon Cancer Navigation provides administrative, organizational, educational, and resource-navigation support. Services do not include medical care, medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, insurance advice, mental-health treatment, benefit-eligibility determinations, or emergency services. Beacon Cancer Navigation does not replace an employer's Human Resources department, legal counsel, health plan, Employee Assistance Program, clinical care manager, insurance professional, mental-health professional, or licensed healthcare providers.
Beacon Cancer Navigation remains available as a dedicated, non-clinical cancer-care navigation resource for eligible employees and family caregivers on an ongoing monthly basis. Customized benefits starting at $500/month for small businesses.
Beacon Cancer Navigation does not promise or imply guaranteed cost savings, productivity improvements, employee retention, health outcomes, or return on investment.
A proactive review of the organization's existing employee-support resources, communication pathways, leave and disability resources, Employee Assistance Program services, health-plan resources, and cancer-related referral procedures.
