The moment after a diagnosis is the most chaotic, disorienting stretch of the entire cancer journey. We step in immediately — coordinating appointments, organizing records, researching finances, and building a clear plan — so you can focus on your family.
Priority intake appointments may be available on the same or next business day, subject to availability. Remote — available nationwide.

What we do
This service follows a structured sequence designed around the immediate practical needs that often follow a cancer diagnosis.
Everything included
When a cancer diagnosis happens, the first few days can feel overwhelming. Families are suddenly faced with appointments, records, insurance questions, paperwork, financial concerns, and caregiver responsibilities — often before they have had time to breathe.
Each family receives a structured process adapted to its circumstances, priorities, and available information. One flat fee. No hourly billing. No surprises.

Beacon Cancer Navigation provides non-clinical logistical and supportive guidance. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical care.
Who is this for?
This is designed for patients and families in the first days after a cancer diagnosis — when everything feels urgent and nothing is clear. It's also appropriate for families who received a diagnosis weeks ago but never got organized and are still feeling overwhelmed.
Is this medical advice?
No. Beacon Cancer Navigation is an independent patient advocacy practice. Our work is organizational, logistical, and supportive — always in partnership with your medical team, never in place of it.
What happens after the first 72 hours?
At the end of the engagement, you'll receive a full handoff summary — a clear picture of where things stand, what's been done, and what still needs attention. Many families choose to continue with our Foundation or Comprehensive monthly support. There's no obligation.
Can I start today?
Yes. Once you complete the intake form and payment, we schedule your priority intake call. Priority intake appointments may be available on the same or next business day, subject to availability.
What if I'm not local to Colorado?
All of our services are delivered remotely. We work with families across the country. Location is not a barrier.
